About us
One project at a time is a blog about creative and Do it Yourself Nerdy (DIY-N) projects. It is written by Rony and Janneke. Two creative minds with seemingly unrelated backgrounds and skills, that proved to be very complementary.
Rony has studied Geo Information Science at Wageningen University & Research. He is an engineer with an understanding of (geographic) data, coding and application & system development. In his spare time his enthusiasm for outdoor sports is competing with his interest for digital craftsmanship. Whether it's related to coding or film making, his ideas go beyond infinity. Core qualities of Rony are his interest to learn new nerdy stuff, start new projects and rarely finish them.
Janneke has studied Clinical Health Science at Utrecht University. She also has a degree in physiotherapy. She is a true craftswoman that feels at ease in nature surrounded by an orchestra of birds, insects and other living creatures. Recently she discovered her talent for illustrating and is trying to built a business around this skill. The core quality of Janneke? Deciding that something is way too expensive and unsustainable only to roll up her sleeves and craft it herself.
This blog is a place where we will share our creativity of both digital and non-digital projects. For more background information why this blog exists, make sure to read our first post: We are online. Welcome!
